- Your Social Security Number
- Your CA ID or Driver License (a photo copy may be required)
- Valid Email address
- Current pay stubs covering the last 30 days
- Your tax returns for the past two years
- Bank statements for the past two months (all pages)
- Investment or Retirement account statements for the past two months
If you currently own Real Estate:
- Mortgage account(s) information
- Home insurance policy information
- Home equity account information (if applicable)
