AE / Business Development Representatives

• With a proven track record and a book of business in Alt-A and Non-Prime Wholesale B2B and / or Prime lending.
• We're looking for experienced individuals who are ambitious, independent, and self-motivated. Customer relationship management abilities are essential to your success.

Account Managers

• Two years experience as a Senior Processor or Underwriter
• Ability to evaluate and approve: Preliminary title reports, and to order correct endorsements for: Paystubs, W-2's and personal and corporate tax return analysis
• Ability to analyze Escrow/Impound accounts using aggregate accounting methods
• Working knowledge of: Section 32, HOEPA and state-specific, high-cost loan analysis; Lender and Broker Federal state-specific disclosure requirement
• Pipeline management skills
